Update for thunarx-3

Thunar is currently being ported to gtk3 and during this process we had to bump thunarx to 3. It seems that all you need to do is to update wscript (lines 20 and 32) to support Thunar current master (future 1.7.0).

Note that thunar gtk3-based has not been released yet (it might take a few more months) and thunarx-3 is still not stable, there are deprecations to iron out. I think it's wise for the moment to add a compile option to switch between thunarx-2 (default for now) and thunarx-3, if this is possible with Waf.

Thunar 1.7.0 has been released and thunarx-3 should be stable, sooo now it's a good time to update thunar-dropbox. You if have any doubts, feel free to get in touch.

Bonus: Now you can use ThunarxMenu to group all actions (ThunarxMenuItems) into one submenu. Not a requirement, just a suggestion to make the context menu cleaner.
