Screen recording glitches on KDE.

There is been an issue of screen recording glitching in my KDE system. There is an attached screen recording below:

Which GPU and graphics driver are you using?

There is only integrated gpu on my machine i.e Intel Haswell-ULT

Have you disabled desktop effects? Happened to me sometimes on my earlier youtube recordings. Another thing to check is going to Compositor>Vsync and then set it to disabled or automatic

I have a similar issue in Fedora 33 Mate. on a Lenovo V570 Intel graphics.
