Use Hotwire to replace a form with edit/cancel buttons

After #802 is merged, we can try out Stimulus under the new Hotwire umbrella. See for example this blog for dynamic nested forms with Rails and Stimulus. It sounds quite promising. Also search for "later with Stimulus" in our codebase.

Or rather than directly using Stimulus, try out Turbo first with Turbo Frames/Streams.
