Progressive Web App (PWA)

I think with a few tweaks, we could make MaMpf available as Progressive Web App (PWA). This would allow users on smartphones and tablets to install a "MaMpf App". This is just a wrapped browser, but it still feels like an app, e.g. you get a shortcut on your homescreen, you don't see the browser navigation bar etc. You can even send native push notifications, but a first step could be to just provide a simple PWA app.
