Cypress cross origin error in submissions_spec.js

For some reason the test "can create assignment" in submissions_spec.js fails due to a cross origin error after the login. Only a black screen is shown (see picture below). This does not happen if the previous test is removed. Happens locally on the run_cypress_tests container in media_search branch.
