Moving submissions between tutorials does not refresh site leading to wrong UI displayed

When moving the only submission from one tutorial to another, it should refresh and show a notice explaining that there currently no submissions in this tutorial. Unfortunately this does not happen at the moment, leaving a blank table with no message.
