Hi, I always mean to get back to it, but haven't had the chance yet. I'm happy to accept Pull Requests on it.
I've done some recent work here. It's not done yet, but the heavy lifting is now on the "write the shortcodes" and "document the shortcodes" side of things, rather than creating the functionality.

That's great news, man. I may be able to find some bandwidth. Where are you thinking the documentation would be, in an Admin Page? In the popup?
@MikeiLL a lot like the BS3 version, yeah. If you install what's in this repo now you'll see what I have.
Obviously the mobile version isn't complete yet.
Here are some examples:
EDIT: the actual documentation is outlined in this .json file and then compiled with Mustache using some templates. Saves having to rewrite thousands of lines of HTML when I decide to change some spacing.
