ClientLauncher: Pull latest client changes from server

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no way yet to pull latest BMD files, DLLs, main.exe from the client launcher.

Describe the solution you'd like Need to create a way for the server to somehow host updated files which can be pulled by the client to get the latest bugfixes, etc.
