To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login BK
2. Unequip weapon
3. Cast twisting slash
4. // Allowed

Expected behavior The skill should not be allowed if no weapon

• Need to confirm if this should be prevented solely in the client side, or need to handle in server side
