Improve Ainur and <snoop> support

Mw+ gods have the /snoop command which should be supported

In order to get improved snoop support we need the following:

• A more real <prompt> XML that includes the terrain and light at a minimum
• The <gratuitous> XML tag should be automatically enabled in <snoop>
