problem with cutilFunctions.pyx

Hi, i wanted to run python compileModule.py build_ext --inplace command but without the path to file i can't do it. When I attach the path to command I receive strange respond with only error and path to .pyx file. I am currently working on Pycharm with ubuntu command line. I have pycharm proffesional - so i have cython module working. Many thanks for help :)
