Bulk sound editing with a data file

As a user I'd like to be able to edit many sounds in bulk similarly as I can currently initially describe them using a data file.

The same feature for describing sounds in bulk, could be adapted for editing sounds in bulk. Instead if using the uploaded filename as "key", we should have sound ID in the first column of the file. We should be very careful that only sounds uploaded by the user uploading the file can be edited.
