Add search option to following users admin page

Sometimes FS moderators/admin need to delete some "following user" items. This can be done in the corresponding admin page. However, there's no search feature in that page so it is hard to locate the objects that need to be deleted. Adding a simple search to match "user from" and "user to" usernames would facilitate things a lot.
