Status Bar: Add option to show numeric signal (dBm) for cellular connections

I would like to have the option to show a numeric measurement of cellular signal (in dBm) instead of the traditional signal bars. In the past, I used to use the SignaldBm tweak who provides this but the project is outdated for years now and doesn't work on rootless JBs (Dopamine, in my case).

The same thing is available for WiFi (Show WiFi RSSI), would be nice to have this for cellular as well.
