Folder and dock option request

Hello MTAC! This is a request to add nested folder option to lynx. This allows you to put folders inside folders. I also wanted to request an option for the dock to allow a custom number of icons on the dock. These are not related to issues at all just features I feel would make Lynx even better.

I'd love to add it but since iOS 13 keeping folders inside others is really hard, they always seem to jump back to the homescreen, I have a method that opens a new folder with a list of icons but I probably won't be adding it as I'm not sure it's ready to be on a lot of devices
