Disable pop-up asking to enable WiFi for better location services.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Whenever iOS uses location services while wifi is off, it presents an annoying pop-up which says location services are improved if you enable wifi.

Describe the solution you'd like I’d like to be able to disable said pop-up.

Describe alternatives you've considered I’ve used NoAnnoyance in the past, but this is no longer being maintained.
