Icon Fly-In issue

Describe the bug Disabling the icon fly-in animation also speeds up the animation for pulling down the lock screen view from the top of the screen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Enable the “Disable Icon Fly-In” option.

Expected behavior Only disabling the icon fly-in animation without changing any other animations.
