Icon radius notification badge bug

Describe the bug When the (experimental) custom app icon radius option is enabled the set radius will cut-off the notification badge on the icon

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• set a custom radius (eg 16)
• receive a notification

Expected behavior The badge shouldn’t be cut-off.

• Lynx Version: 1.5
• Jailbreak Used: Odysseyra1n (checkra1n based)

Additional context I am using Anemone 3 to theme the badges, not sure if this causes the issue, if you need me to test it without the badges themed, please let me know
