Chests spawn on foliage

Chests should replace "foliage" nodes when spawning. These include:

• Snow
• Grass (Normal, Jungle, Dry)
• Fireflies

This would help prevent chest from floating overtop of these nodes, and also allow them to be spawned on a plain full of snow, for example.
