Spectator mode for players

Suggestion: add mode spectator to ctf plz, so users that dont want to play and see what others doing
There are several downsides:
- One player could switch to spectator mode to view what others are doing and abuse it in this way
- A spectator could give information to players with or other means

If it was possible put few cameras in different places and stream them through Owncast, we could have a live stream of the game.
Maybe you can only do spectator mode in a match but not switch until the match is over. Another issue is players may abuse this by creating alt accounts and join on their main account to cheat.

The abuse problem exists in either way when we add spectator mode. Maybe only some "verified" players can use this mode? If they want, they can use an alt account to play but cheating from the verified account to top up the raw alt account is not much of benefit IMO.
Spectating would be quite useful for staff reasons, but at that point just use an invisibility mod and fly/fast to have the same effect.
