Instead of `gm` we can commit the scripts we're using locally. We can have a `scripts` folder in the repo. We can add this instead: https://github.com/cosmos/interchain-security/pull/901 @mpoke

After inspecting the code, it seems the changes requested have become state breaking (correct me if I'm wrong, it happens).
