Instead of `gm` we can commit the scripts we're using locally. We can have a `scripts` folder in the repo. We can add this instead: https://github.com/cosmos/interchain-security/pull/901 @mpoke

After inspecting the code, it seems the changes requested have become state breaking (correct me if I'm wrong, it happens). Don't think this will work. e2e tests fail because something changed in config parsing
