Fix non-runtime dependencies

I've had a look, as per issue #7 you had quite a few non-runtime dependencies declared in your DESCRIPTION. I think I've fixed them all. I've also updated your 2 GitHub Actions workflows.

Yi if you're happy with this you need to merge this then send the new release to CRAN (because in the linked issue the styler developer is asking for your CRAN version to be updated).
