For example, Github allows a low amount of access to contributors who can help 'garden' the issue tracker applying tags, which any member of public with a Github account and no such access can not do.

• [x] A "short description" of the repo should be set. Users with Admin level access can visit https://github.com/MPEGGroup/OpenFontFormat and at the top set it to something like,
