@ckreibich mentioned observing that the supervisor has issues with large numbers of processes, so that may be related — this may be an underlying bug, not just a flaky test.
@awelzel and @ckreibich report that they're not seeing this anymore. We'll close the issue and can reopen it if it reoccurs.
