@nipanesanjay got it. And what extension (if any) are you using in Jira? I assume some 3rd party since the steps doesn't migrate.

Hi @nicksimons-limeade, we're looking into this for the next release. Currently we haven't explicitly supported links other than issure relations so I don't expect this will come over.
