SurfSense Pre-built Docker images

Please consider releasing pre-built Docker images on Docker Hub or GitHub Container Registry. This would make it easier for users to get this up and running on their systems without having the build the image themselves

Finally after reworking on the code basic docker setup is stable. Guide at https://github.com/MODSetter/SurfSense/blob/main/DOCKER_SETUP.md

Will soon work on pre build images.
