Free format for ssm point source/sink list

Hey guys. Is there any reason not to add optional use of free format lists in the ssm? I see there is support for free format arrays and free format lists would make the ssm file less shitty and easier to parameterize. I can take a shot at it but just want to make sure there is some obvious issue that I'm not thinking of???

I personally think that would be beneficial. Would you add a "FREE" option to BTN? If so, we'd want to make sure that we got all of the lists. And what about the other input (e.g. NLAY, NROW, NCOL, etc.). Or would you activate it some other way?

I was thinking of piggie backing on the modflowarray tag in the btn that mt3dusgs already uses - would that be terrible?
