Triangle binary hangs on ARM macs

The triangle binary in the ARM mac distribution can hang under certain (as yet poorly understood) circumstances.

Workaround is to use the version for Intel macs via Rosetta in the meantime. Installable with

get-modflow : --subset triangle --ostag mac
