Add at least one new IndicatorPanel5x3

These are the ASET replacements for that panel in stock that has lamps for RCS, Lights, SAS, etc, except that the ASET version has 15 lamps. All of the RPM versions of the ASET prop are focused on listing loaded mods, but I don't think that's useful in-game. I've got one status panel that has about a dozen entries, and one blank panel (nothing on the 15 slots but "TBD". I removed the three or four incomplete panels I've made over the years and added MM patches so they all use the blank one.

I should find something to fill in the last few slots on the Status panel, and see if I can come up with another panel as well.

I think it would function as a pretty good replacement for all the TabloIndicators, although the TabloIndicators are quite useful when you want to make your own Caution and Warning panel and arrange things differently.

For sure. It's a question of figuring out which TabloIndicators to replace. I could do all the action groups for a status board like the stock panel, but I think warning indicators would be more useful - after all, it'd be handy to have one place to look when a Master Alarm signal fires. Although maybe having two warning panels would be more useful - one focused on atmospheric flight, and one on space craft. I still need to come up with 15 entries that would make sense for each panel.
