Robotics support

Support for:

  • Breaking Ground robotics
  • Infernal Robotics
  • WBI Kerbal Actuators

Conditioned on figuring out if there's a way to abstract the underlying control system from the interface used in prop configuration - it'd be nice if whichever one was installed would "just work" without requiring multiple different functions for the prop maker. I guess that'd be the first step for implementation - figure out how they're controlled, and whether there's any commonality between them.

Since robotic parts can also be used to create stock turboshaft helicopter and turboprop propeller engines, having a similar set of functions to those under the MASIEngine AJE propeller functions. I think this would also integrate with #272 to control Turboshaft RPM and blade pitch / collective?
