Shift queue not working

Normally I use the peasant building altar to scout the map then after 5 mins I realize he just stand there doing nothing lol.

Result: Shift queue not working if u make a walking action queue after building any buildings Expected: It should work.

The building library doesn't currently support move actions in the queue, nor things like gathering. It could be a considerable improvement for gameplay.
