hi all, what's the decision on this PR?
easiest way is to look at pixel values in images and map them to real-space; the 3D is arbitrary sizing.
we wrote wrapper code (and much more ;) for this repo (and new networks, data aug, opt), if helpful: https://github.com/DeepLabCut/DeepLabCut -- Eldar highlights it on his website

We switched gui front ends in 2023, and no longer can support the gui from docker.
