seems there is something off with your data; did you run check labels and verify they look correct?
Is it possible the pycocotools is not installed? Otherwise I imagine the model looks trained (low rmse), so that's my best guess :)

@maximpavliv seems incompatible change with tables; I would remove tables from setup and use conda, like we do for DLC main: 
minor comment but this also includes the doc changes from #99 - I'd remove those first to keep this PR clean, thanks @timonmerk - we will review it.
