Special characters il path

Hey man, sorry to bother you but I was still testing tambourine and I noticed that it entirely ignores files and folders that have unusual unicode characters. The examples I've seen are: ’ (quotation mark U+2018), ♯ (sharp sign U+266F), ∞ (infinity U+221E) and a lot of letters common in other languages such as ï and ø, I would send you the error message, but there isn't any, the songs and albums get skipped automatically without even acknowledging them. I'll try to reproduce the issue more clearly tomorrow.
