timezone is not set correctly

Time of ics exported is not correct in some devices. I think this should be something wrong with timezone setting, and I tried to fix it by this, but don't seem to work. I will try to figure it out when I get some spare time(several weeks later).

ps: if someone knows how to do with this, please let me know!

This project seems to work just fine? BTW, I am using macOS and npm 6.10.3

This bug occurs in some rare cases(specific device/software).
