Feature req: When Tagging, See Untagged

I like categorizing my apps to see what I have installed for any domain. Sometines I install a few before I get to tagging them. Hence: After selecting a tag in the Setting's Tags Page: A collapsed category labeled "Untagged" that showed all apps without taggs would be very useful for selecting untagged for me.

Alternatively, and perhaps preferable: A filter button to filter for untagged apps, or for apps that already have a certain tag: This may have performance benefits by limiting the number of displayed apps at a time.
