[Bug] UI: clock container size

When native Clock Widget is set to NOT fit screen, elements that appear under the clock during certain events, expand Clock container down, which results in pushing other elements. In this case, the Favorites Widget is being pushed off-screen.

Suggested fix: - a fixed size container that holds those transient elements. Transparent when nothing is being displayed.

@MM2-0 Just bumping this, in case it happened to fall between cracks. I'm aware this doesn't impact the actual functionality, and I may be the oy one to notice or be bothered about it, and if this is the case, I can understand that.

However, if you consider this is an issue worth addressing, I just wanted to ensure it doesn't remain overlooked.
