Hi,

Can you add feature of drag and drop apps or widgets to home screen ? Also can you add feature of setup apps in horizontal format or vertical format or alphabetical format like in microsoft launcher

Drag and drop wouldn't really be possible as it would interfere with the scroll concept of this launcher. When you scroll all the way down and press 'edit widgets' you can change their sequence.
