Keep Accessibility On Always

Kvaesitsto's accessibility keeps getting turned off in my device. To keep this enable, we can take the help of ADB.

I remember having this option in FooView.

I think, this would be a great addition to keep the accessibility on for advanced users.

Same issue. Would recommend this as a fix for advanced users, but it's broken for non-rooted phones.
