I think it time to make the next step and upgrade the solution to dotnet 8. We already past dotnet framework for al long time now. To use this, powershell core is needed now, and this means it a breaking change for people that are use powershell 5 still.

Because the clipboard is used in the solution I made it windows specific (<TargetFramework>net8.0-windows</TargetFramework>).
