Document versions of libraries installed

I came across what I believe is a version issue while attempting to run your code. Can you include a text file of the libraries, specifying the versions? Also what Cuda version or GPU-specific software are installed? Thanks!

The specific error was on a Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and CUDA 10.0: OSError: cannot load library '/home/ubuntu/.virtualenvs/env/lib/python3.6/site-packages/librmm.so': libcudart.so.9.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
