error during instalation

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Koolmogorov library but i cannot proceed with the instalation. I get this error:

pip install koolmogorov

Collecting koolmogorov Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement koolmogorov (from versions: ) No matching distribution found for koolmogorov

Im using python 2.7.14 both in windows and OSX platforms, both with the same error.
