Adding more tags in the return value of mDescription for all the POIs

I don't agree with this PR: lanes, surface and footway are not POI. If we add those 3 tags, why not adding all possible OSM tags?

If you need to retreive any kind of OSM objects with their tag information in a structured form, use the KML flavour of OverpassAPIProvider.
