Picasa search results outside requested bounding box.

PicasaPOIProvider return results not taking account of the specified bounding box.

This is an issue on Picasa side, reported since feb 2015, and still not fixed: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/google-picasa-data-api/hjnRxXEuTEU

Nothing we can do on our side :-(
