Seperate hotend and bed PID_MAX and PID_DRIVE_MAX

I'm running a 12v 200w bed and an E3D chimera (two hotends) on a RADDS board. I'm blowing the 15a fuse when I turn the bed on, and I set my PID_MAX and PID_DRIVE_MAX to a lower value that wouldn't blow the fuse. The problem is that my hotends now take way too long to heat up (about 5 minutes just to reach 210c), so I'd like to request separate MAX changeable values for the hotend and the bed.
