Add Support for creating empty images

I am using your core to archive data from different sources.

I currently use my Rear Admiral Firedrive (CMD FD-2000 Clone) as Disk Drive 10 for my System Disk. I archive from the 1541 source (Disk Drive 11) to empty D64 Images (Drive 8) created from DirMaster. It would be nice to have this out of the box in the core.
