Add Support for D71, D81 or D2M Images

It would be great to mount D71, D81 and even D2M images in the core. The reason is, that there is a whole library of modified games for the C64, that takes away annoying disk swap.

The images dont load anymore, but the games do. I also got a mirror of them.
