Implement support for bi-directional cartridge NMI and IRQ lines (R5 specific)

While core V5.1 implements bi-directional support for RESET (https://github.com/MJoergen/C64MEGA65/issues/104), it does not yet tackle bi-directional NMI and IRQ lines.

This task needs research and therefore is a V6 or later task.
