Whenever I have extraplanets installed now it disables the suffication damage you usually get when you ran out of oxygen, anyway this can be fixed?

[Description of the issue] Earlier today the suffication damage was ok but idk what caused it to have issues with the suffication damage not happening despite having no filled oxygen tanks equiped

- [Second step] Boot the Game up
