Kepler22b Green & Brown Leaves drops Blue & Red Saplings instead

Description of Issue(Required)
The green leaves drops blue saplings and the brown leaves drops red saplings. Other leaves drops the correct color of sapling.
Steps to Reproduce Issue(Required)
- Find or grow a Green Maple tree and/or a Brown Maple tree (Technically not true... #751 )
- Break the logs and wait the leaves decay or break manually the leaves
- The leaves will drop the incorrect color sapling

Where did this bug happen(Required): Singleplayer but I think it's the same thing in multiplayer

I tried even with only Galacticraft Legacy and Extra Planets. Same results. Same bug or heavily related #751
